The product should win on forecast skill, not theatrical certainty. The next milestones are backtesting, route-level calibration, TRIAS/EFA journey context, and urban road-speed data.

  1. 1 Store every public snapshot with source, freshness, mapping rate, and failures.
  2. 2 Backtest against naive baselines: punctual schedule, moving line mean, and current realtime.
  3. 3 Train p50/p80/p95 quantile models by line, corridor, direction, day, hour, weather, and propagation state.
  4. 4 Add public road events now; add higher-resolution urban car speeds only when legally clean.
